We loved the central location of the hotel with easy transportation options nearby, either by metro or tram, making it very close to historical places. Parking facilities and the helpful staff made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the heating system worked great throughout this city's cold weather. And don't forget the breakfast, which was the perfect start to our day!

The hotel location was superb, near metro and bus stations which made it easier to move around and explore the city. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options that changed every day, from traditional dishes to modern meals. The rooms were spacious and very clean, offering a comfortable stay.

The lack of proper signage, making it difficult to find the hotel's location. However, once we arrived, we were greeted with great hospitality and excellent service.

Staying in a bustling area full of life has its perks, especially being close to all the attractions and transportation options. The hotel I stayed at was near everything and, on the other hand, was very comfortable given the distance to the center. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast at the rooftop was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The only drawback was dealing with the tour guy, who offered a package tour at a higher price than the hotel's luggage boy.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. The room was always kept clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated.

The parking situation was a bit confusing and could have been explained better beforehand. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge as not all staff members spoke fluent English.
